Contributing¶
Pull requests are welcome. Each PR should:
- Reference a workstream ID from
ROADMAP_EXECUTION.md(e.g.,W2: …) - Pass the relevant module's unit + integration tests
- Update the module README if behaviour changes
- Include a changelog entry when the change is user-visible
For larger changes, please open a Discussion first so we can align on scope.

The toolkit is GPL-2.0 (matching ns-3). Organisations needing:
